On a sunny island lives four tribes. There are the Pukks who always tell the truth. The wot-woops who never tell the truth, the shill-shills who sometimes lies and sometimes tell the truth and the joks that as a rule never in three statements use the truth rules used by the other tribes.
At the moment four islanders meet: A, B, C and D
C is quiet but the others say:
A – B is a pukk
B – C is a shill-shill
C – A is a pukk, C is a shill-shill. B is a jok.
Which tribe does each of the islanders belong to?

i think there is an error in the qstion...at first u said tht "C" was quiet so m assuming tht the last statement was frm "D"..so the answer wld b,,...
A is jok
B is shill shill
C is pukk
D is wot woops...

u r wrong caz according to u A is telling the truth (that B is pukk) so A can't be a wot woops as according to the question wot woops always give a false statement...
