I am to simplify and right my answr with positive exponents. Also hav to show my work and not sure how to do this.

(250a to the neg. 3rd power times b to the 5th power)

(2a to the neg.2nd power times b to the 2nd power) and this fraction is all raised to the 2/3 power

((250a^{-3} b^5)/(2a^{-2} b^2 ))^{2/3}

Divide 250/2  = 125

subtract exponents for a and b

a exponent: -3 - -2 = -1

b exponent: 5-2 = 3

so now you have (125a^{-1}b^{3})^{2/3}

Then take each part to the 2/3 power.

125^(2/3) = 25

(a^(-1))^(2/3) = a^(-2/3)  (Negative expoent, so it will move to the bottom of the fraction)

and (b^3)^(2/3) = b^2

Put it together: \frac{25b^{2}}{a^{2/3}}
