Is this the equation?

\\\frac{3}{x^{4}}=\frac{4}{x}

                                                                             4x+1 sorry its so far apart. but its divided. i really need help!!!Yell

Hi!

I'm not sure what you're supposed to do with the expression, but since we have to unknown (x and y) and only one equation we can't solve for x or y. Do you have any more information?

\\y=\frac{3x^{3}-4}{4x+1}
