x=1+2t_{1}-3t_{2},      y=3+4t_{1}-4t_{2}, z=2+3t_{1}-5t_{2}

Are you looking for something like the following? 

\left \langle x,y,z \right \rangle = \left \langle 1,3,2 \right \rangle + \left \langle 2t_{1}-3t_{2},4t_{1}-4t_{2},3t_{1}-5t_{2} \right \rangle
